First of all, I just gotta put my hands down for this kid, he is talented for his age, and even though we might have talked about a few rappers in their 20s, you have to listen to Lil Double O when you get the time.
Alright let’s get right to it, you’re probably wondering how such a young man is making waves in the rap scene with so many fish in the sea of rap. His passion for rap did not start in the best of circumstances, He lost one of his friends to a homicide murder and another to jail.
He began rapping when he was just 18 years old. He didn’t have it easy with all the trauma after losing two of his best friends. He started to receive attention after releasing two dope hip-hop tracks “007” and “Living”, these two songs pushed him up further to be noticed by several record labels.
Even after receiving so many offers to sign him, he eventually accepted to sign a contract with Free Bandz boss “Future” in 2021. Later in September 2021, he kicked off his career with the label with the release of “U Selling Dope” featuring Future who is also his manager.

After that, He moved on with another single with Kentucky rapper “EST Gee” called “Fight That Switch”. Just like any young successful rapper, the law always keeps an eye on you, Lil Double O was arrested on gun and drug charges and placed on house arrest for a few weeks.
He released his first album “4K” in 2020 with his hit song “Meet The Walkers” gaining over 1.4 million views on YouTube. He created his YouTube channel in September 2020 which now has over 250k subscribers and over 400k followers on Instagram. He has over 1.2 million monthly listeners on his Spotify account.
