In our most recent post we had a look at FOX 29’s Bob Kelly, Today we will dive into the beautiful sporty world of Lindsey Thiry. Before making it to the big stage, Lindsey started her career with an Internship at the Seattle Mainers in community relations in 2008, she stayed there for five months and moved on to FOX Sports Net Northwest where she was an ENG intern. She was lucky to interview some sports players during her internship era.
She joined the LA Times after making a name for herself as an intern, She worked there as a multimedia sports reporter for four years covering big teas like The Lakers, UCLA, USC, Rams, and the Dodgers. She even won the Associated Press Sports Editor’s for a short video she produced in 2016.
After a four-year run with the LA Times, She was called up to join ESPN Sports in 2018 working as the LA Chargers team reporter for NFL Nation for ESPN. She also covered four seasons for the Chargers as well.
She was promoted to a better position in 2023 as the national NFL reporter for ESPN. She now covers big NFL games and major league events and interviews from the biggest names in the NFL. She makes regular appearances on the Sunday NFL countdown too.
Early Life & Education
She grew up in Seattle most of her life, her other’s name is Pierre and her dad is Chis Thiry. She studied journalism at the University of Washington. She was an active sports member of the swimming and volleyball, she won two state championships with the volleyball team at the Seattle Preparatory School.
Personal Life
She is married to a man called Todd, They wedded back in 2021 and have been blessed with two sons Cooper born in 2022, and Trevor Michael Badstubner born in 2024.
