So who is this master of pastry Magri Alberto? Magri was just doing his thing in the kitchen making delicious cakes and pastry stuff and fame was not really on his mind, in February 2022 he decided to start a TikTok account and post his work there but mostly just for fun so people could enjoy his work.
His first video showcased his skills in making a sachertorte and it went well but did not yet blow up the internet. However 2023 was the year that everybody was gonna know who Magri was, so he posted a video where he presented a step-by-step process of making delicious custard-filled croissants (my mouth still waters when I remember how the croissants looked😂😂). You will not believe it if I told you that the video gained over 40 million views, just imagine 40 million people going crazy about a pastry delicacy you made (mind-blowing 🤯).
Before the online fame and all that, Magri was already running his bakery called Pasticceria Magrì in 2015. The bakery is now one of the largest tourist attractions in Italy where people from all over the world come to enjoy his pastry.

From that video alone, Magri gained over 7 million followers on TikTok and over 200 million likes as well. He also has an Instagram account with over 5 million followers.
