Phil Wizard Biography
Phil Kim better known as Phil Wizard (b. January 25, 1997) is by far one of the best breakdancers in the whole world, he is known all over the world for turning out victorious in the 2021 world-breaking championships and also being one of the lucky breakdancers in the 2024 Olympics.

In our previous posts we have been looking into the likes of YouTuber Solluminati and TiKTokers like Yanni Monett but today we will talk about breakdancing and the life of one of the best b-boys in the world “Phil Wizard”.
We all know breakdancing looks easy at first until you try it then you know there is nothing easy about it😂, but this guy Phil makes it look like a walk in the park, He started dancing when he was just 12 years old after coming across breakdancers doing their thing in the streets of Vancouver, that was in 2009.
Well he didn’t just learn how to do it in a day, he dedicated his time to training through many YouTube videos he found on the internet, he continued with the same spirit and trained hard till he finished high school and joined college, after a year of studying Psychology in college he decided to drop out and pursue his dream of being a professional b-boy.
In 2024, Phile had the privilege to represent his home country Canada at the Olympics, he was always one of the favorites to win the Men’s breaking event, and he with no doubt dominated the dance floor against Danny Dann from France and won the God medal for his nation Canada.
This is what Phil said before flying to Paris for the Olympics;
“I want to show all my moves. I have a lot of content and I want to be able to show it all. And what content comes out will be purely based on the moment.”
Early Life and Background
Phil is Originally from Korea, his family moved to Canada from Korea and he has lived in Canada all his life. He saw his first-ever breakdance performance in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery. He participated in his first breakdancing competition when he was 18 years old in the Los Angeles Red Bull B.C and won it.
Personal Life
Phil has not spoken about being in any romantic relationships, we do not know if he has a girlfriend.
